Like most large residential communities, Reflection Ridge was developed in sections, or "additions". Covenant documents for each addition within a community may have different restrictions.
The first step in locating the correct set of covenants for your home is to know which addition your home is in. One source for this information is the legal description of your property. If that is difficult to locate, use the guide below to locate your address and addition.
The Reflection Ridge Addition
Once you've located the Reflection Ridge addition for your property, you can view the correct covenant document below. You may also print these documents on your locally-attached printer or save them as a .pdf file on your computer.
Important Notice for Reflection Ridge Homeowners:
In addition to the covenant documents that apply to your property (one of the above files), there are Architectural Guidelines that must be followed for any and all alterations to your property.
These guidelines apply to all additions in our development. Please review these guidelines on the Architectural Committee page on this website. The links to the documents can be found under the heading Architectural Committee Documents.
